01 How to request
- Go to Your Orders and open the order you want refunded.
- Choose the refund option on the eligible order.
- Fill in the refund request form with your details, the reason for the request, and any supporting documents.
- Submit — we will keep you updated by email.
02 Processing
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
You will only get a refund of 91% of the total product amount.
